The Branch 116, 9 hole golf club has expanded its play
to weekly tournaments at various golf courses in the area. We
play Wednesday mornings. Golfers of all levels are welcome.

SIR Branch 116 Nine Hole Rules |
A sleeve of three balls is awarded for the closest to the pin, and on the
green, on each of two par 3’s. Two balls for second closest on the green,
and one for third. No mulligans for the closest to the pin awards.
No scoring is required but sometimes we play a team
game for fun and you then you need to keep score. Maximum is the NCGA
posting maximum. Ask if you don’t know what that means.
NCGA members should post their 9 hole scores. Ask for
assistance if you don’t know how to do that.
There is 9 hole “hole-in-one pot”, run by Bob Kinser.
Fee is $2 and when an investor makes a hole-in-one at one of our 9 hole
outings they will win the pot, and we will start collecting for a new one.
You are welcome to play as our guest for two outings.
After the two guest outings, you must join our SIR Branch 116 golf club. We
have special “9 hole only” memberships which have a donation, by check, of
$10. This does NOT include NCGA membership. If you are already a member of
the SIR Branch 116 golf club for the 18 hole events, you are welcome to play
the 9 hole events at all times without further donation. |
