Wednesday - Friday May 16, 17 and 18, 2012 

Golf Package           $395.00 Per Couple + Cart (includes 3 days of golf.)

Vacation Package       $293.00 Per Couple (if you choose to golf, it will be paid separately at the clubhouse.)

DEPOSIT – NO DEPOSIT will be required this year. It appears our group is still held in high esteem. The cost of your selected packages will be paid when you check in.

When you reply, please tell me if you are taking the GOLF or VACATION PACKAGE.  This is very important. Also indicate if your spouse is playing golf. The earlier the better. That way your committee can get on with their jobs. Information relating to golf, gatherings and dinner will be sent to you at a later date.

MEMO; BOULDER CREEK CANCELLATION POLICY.  A FEE OF ONE NIGHT'S LODGING WILL BE CHARGED IF CANCELLATION NOTICE IS RECEIVED LESS THAN FOURTEEN DAYS (After May 2) FROM ARRIVAL DATE. BOULDER CREEKS PHONE NUMBER IS 1-831-228-2111.
