2011 REMINDERS:

REMINDERS

1.       Captains are to contact ALL players in their group by PHONE or E-MAIL.  DO NOT rely on players checking the web site.

2.       We will allow limited “gimmees.”  Putts within one foot (or the length of a golf shoe) are considered “made” after adding one stroke.

3.       We will continue the fourth flight in the eighteen hold Club Championship competition.  Prizes will remain $40 for first, $20 for second.

4.       For the nine hole golfers who do not have an NCGA index, contact Dick Chaffee and he will be glad to calculate an index for you (using the NCGA formula) if you report your scores by e-mail to him:  rwchaffee@sbcglobal.net

5.       The nine hole group will hold their annual Club Championship Tournament in December.  Three rounds will be played and the best two rounds of the three will be counted.  To be eligible the golfer must have played at least ten nine hole events previously during the year.

6.       The nine hole group will also conduct a year long Club Championship point competition very similar to the eighteen hole group, but there will be only one flight.
